Alluhaib Real Estate Company (LRC) is a third-generation real estate brokerage established in 2015, continuing a family legacy in the Kuwaiti property market that began decades earlier.
We represent buyers and sellers across residential and commercial properties, including land, completed developments, income-generating investments, and select off-market opportunities. Our work spans advisory, marketing, negotiation, and structured transaction execution.
With backgrounds in banking, appraisal, and development, the partners bring analytical discipline and commercial awareness to every deal. We evaluate opportunities beyond surface pricing and prioritize long-term value over short-term transactions.

Our Team
Sulaiman Alluhaib brings a rare combination of international financial expertise and hands-on real estate experience to his practice. Before establishing himself in the real estate sector, he spent over six years at the National Bank of Kuwait, where he progressed through Domestic Corporate Banking before being recruited into the Foreign Corporate Banking division.
He holds a Master of Business Administration from IESE Business School in Barcelona, a bachelor’s degree from Seattle University, and a Certificate in Credit Management from the Institute of Banking Studies in Kuwait, where he ranked among the top of his cohort.
Sulaiman’s real estate career spans Kuwait, England, and Spain. He began by promoting high-end developments in London and later joined a boutique asset management firm based in London, where he supervised multi-million GBP development projects, evaluated acquisition opportunities, and negotiated directly with tenants, solicitors, and legal counsel.
Fluent in Arabic and English, with a working knowledge of Spanish, and having travelled to nearly seventy countries, Sulaiman brings a genuinely global perspective to every client relationship and property transaction.
Sulaiman Alluhaib
Ahmad Alluhaib brings deep-rooted expertise across Islamic banking, real estate appraisal, and investment. After graduating from Seattle University, he began his career at Kuwait Finance House, where he managed real estate financing and construction loan portfolios under Islamic finance structures, before moving into international real estate investment at Muthana Investment Company.
He holds certified appraiser designations from Kuwait, the Saudi Authority for Accredited Valuers, and the Dubai Real Estate Institute. Ahmad has also served on the board of the Kuwait Real Estate Union, the real estate regulation committee at the Ministry of Commerce and Industry, and as a board member of Al-Inmaa Real Estate Company, listed on the Kuwait Stock Exchange.
In addition to his professional work, Ahmad has contributed academically to the industry by authoring two published works on the Kuwaiti real estate market and delivering training courses in collaboration with the Kuwait Economic Society and Kuwait University.
This depth of expertise translates directly into more accurate valuations, stronger advisory, and well-grounded decision-making for his clients.
